Well here I am at Home for Health in Kentucky. I am very nervous, but also very excited. The schedule seems doable, yet intimidating. Lots of fresh juice, therapy's and general cleansing protocols and supplements.
This property is amazing in many ways. It is set way back in the beautiful Kentucky mountains (yet I still get reception and WiFi!) the property is well maintained, beautifully decorated and comfortable. I just got a tour of the whole place. Huge fitness center, 3 saunas and a room devoted to juicing.
